Briefly about myself
My name is Jola. I’m full of energy, and I smile a lot! I have a husband, two children, and a dog, and we all share a love for physical activity.😀
My passion for sports has always been close to my heart. I inherited this love from my father, who showed me that you don’t need modern equipment, fancy supplements, or expensive diets to achieve a great figure and enjoy good health.
As for my mom? She’s an amazing cook who makes delicious and healthy meals-with a few indulgent exceptions.😉


mY FATHER

I have always been passionate about skiing and explored many sports, but fencing remained a significant part of my life for a long time.
I graduated from the UE in Wrocław (PL) and hold certifications as a Bodybuilding and Fitness Sports Instructor and Supplementation Advisor. I’ve always known that a career in sports was my ultimate goal.
In addition to working online, I am a personal trainer at a gym, where I lead various classes, including spin, kettlebell, ETM (exercise to music), and many other activities. I work with people of all ages, from teenagers to seniors, and love helping each individual achieve their fitness goals.
After gaining valuable experience and expanding my skills, it’s time to share with you the knowledge and experience that allow me to help others while doing what I love. ☺ So, smile and reach out to me-because one day, you’ll thank yourself for taking that first step today!
